Let's get together and discuss the challenges and rewards of the gluten-free, grain-free life. We'll share information and recipes for a Paleo-style diet, including grass-fed beef and good fats. We'll spend some time on techniques for stress reduction and increased peace of mind/stomach. The organizer is a musician and energy healer; and sound healing and movement will be included as part of the recipe for meetings.
There are plenty of great healthy gluten-free groups out there, but I noticed a lack of gluten-free drinking/social groups in the DC area!
